How to Change a Baby's Diaper

Changing a diaper is not something people get excited or pumped up about to do. But, if you’re going to do it, then you might as well do it right. To start off you will need a few things to complete this process. You’ll need a diaper, baby wipes, baby powder, a baby with the need of a changed diaper, and somewhere to dispose of this (preferably a trash can). If you do not have any or some of these items they can easily be found at your local Super Store or Wal-Mart in the baby section.
After getting all your objects together you begin by placing the baby in front of you vertically where the feet are closest to your chest. For more comfort for you and your baby do the changing on an even surface about to your waist level. Also, if the baby begins to cry and move give he/she a small toy perhaps that they can play with and that is not harmful to them. Next, gently, pull off the tabs of the dirty diaper, or if they’re the pull-ups then gently slide off. After doing so grab the baby’s feet and lift them to about a 35 degree angle so that their butt, which is dirty with number 1 or 2, does not touch the changing surface. Then, gently but quickly, wipe the baby with the baby wipes one at a time all around the baby’s butt and private until the baby is nice and clean.
After making sure the baby is nice and clean it’s time to put on some baby powder. When putting baby powder on a child you want to first place it on your hand and then gently place it on the babies butt or surface with rashes. Now, it’s time to put a new diaper on. You should begin by again picking the baby’s feet up at about a 35 degree angle and then placing the open diaper right under the butt. Lower the baby with its butt on top of the diaper and fold it over and strap it on (If you have a new type of diaper or a different kind, the box should instruct you how to put on your specific diaper).
Now the baby is nice and clean and it is time for you to dispose of the dirty diaper whichever way you choose. Now you got yourself a baby that is happy and clean. But as for your hands, I suggest a scrubber and some soap.

"Extra Large,'Please"

There is quite a few statistics to back me up as to why I believe that the United States is a health-conscious nation. To start off, since 1980 the number of obese American children has tripled. This means that more than 16 percent of children can qualify as obese. Also, there were physical tests taken by students in California grades 5-12, and 8 out of 10 of those students failed. This is influenced by students not being encouraged to do daily exercise, or even spend 20 minutes of their electronics just go out side. Lastly, about 20 percent of out nations schools have sold chain restaurants rite in their lunch line. With fast-food and junk-food being so openly available to these students they tend to consume large daily amounts of it, thus becoming obese. There are many solutions to solving this growing epidemic, but first, all of our nation must recognize that there is a  problem and agree that something has to be done in order to change the future for our children.

How to Study for a College Exam

Studying for a college exam is complex and in only a few steps can be accomplished. First, you must read over your notes and analyze the chapter(s) of which you will be tested on. Next, you must highlight or underline key concepts and important information that will most likely be shown on the test. Lastly, read over your notes again and begin to quiz yourself by asking questions involving what was in the chapter(s). To make it more exciting you can get together in a group of friends and have a study group. The most important rule to follow is to make sure you are in a comfortable environment suitable for you. All in all, by following these steps you can become a great studier and do better on your exams.
